MADE IN THE USA
Overview
The Weld Pad Surface Temperature Thermocouple Probe is designed for use in industrial applications to measure surface temperature by way of attachment via weld, braze, or clamp. The pad is flexible to easily form to the contour of a flat or curved surface. The probe is made in the USA with superior materials, designed to withstand even the most rigorous operating conditions.
• Pad material is 304 stainless steel
• Pad dimensions are 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.01" (25mm x 25mm x 0.25mm)
• Pad can be brazed, welded, or clamped to surface
• Stem is flexible
• Type K thermocouple
The Weld Pad Surface Temperature Thermocouple Probe is designed to deliver high performance temperature measurements, reliably and consistently. These temperature sensors are designed for Research and Development, test labs, manufacturing engineering and motorsports environments. They can be customized for OEM applications as well.

Why The Sensor Connection EGT probes are best in class:
• Our probe material is Inconel
(Inconel is extremely corrosion resistant, maintains hardness at high temperatures)
• Our lead wires are FEP insulated
(cheaper probes often use Fiberglass insulation that can absorb moisture, wires prone to shorting & corrosion over time)
• We use top quality, high temperature, waterproof potting compound at the probe/wire transition
(cheaper probes often use an inferior potting compound which can allow moisture to enter into the transition causing shorts, these cheap potting compounds also prone to breaking down over time)
• All of our EGT probes are handmade in the USA
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please confirm with your instrument manufacturer that the instrument is compatible with a Type K thermocouple sensor.
